SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Neighborhood

Tuesday, August 27, 2024

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to your community.

SASSA will likely be rendering companies for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it truly is alarmed in regards to the higher range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your large number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no absolutely functional office focused on service the area each day. The support stage designed for intervention ordeals a high inflow of potential beneficiaries, that makes it tough to the office to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more sources to allow the servicing of all consumers and increase usage of Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
